Hi,(again)

I was in your shop and changed our internet speed so we the last 12 months have to pay 35 € a month, but you have taken approx. 44 €, why?

please check your invoice and tell us which position is not correct.

 

Also you can contact the shop if there is a mistake.

Hi Jens,
Sorry for my late respons, but that's because I went to the shop as you wrote me. In the shop I told them about the problem that you took 44€ instead of the 35€ for october. The nice man in the shop called your office and got told that it was a mistake and you would return the 10€. But instead of fixing the mistake, your office again took 44.99€ instead of 35€ for november, can you please help me?

the contract is not yet converted so the 500 Mbit tariff is still calculated. When did you order the downgrade?

Hi Thomas,

Thank you very much for your quick respos. I think It was about 2-3 monts ago they changed it in the Vodafone shop. But more strange, when I went to your shop again as recommended, the friendly staff called Vodafone and the message he gave me was, that there was made a mistake and it would be corrected, so that is more weird that it still not has been changed.

Hi Fritz,

 

it's being changed. However not before 13.11.2018. From then on the contract starts with 100 Mbit. Until then the existing contract will be fully charged.

Thank you very much again for your effort and your quick respons. Yes, the change should start when the last 12 month of the contract beginnes but, until then I should pay the same amount in the first 12 month of the contract but, the last 2 month I have payed about 44€ instead, and that is certainly not right.
