Hi
A year ago I subscribed to the Red Internet & Phone 200 Cable plan. I was informed at the time by the Vodafone salesman that at the end of the 1-year promotional period I should downgrade to another plan (with less speed) if I want to keep on paying the same price. So I'd like to do that by the end of the 1-year period. Also sent an email and the answer was that I should create a topic here to solve it. Which would be my options in that case and how can I make that change?

I need your help here.
I am currently using Vodafone DSL Red connection. I took the contract for 2 years.
After 1 year i want to downgrade the contract from 100mbps to 16mbps speed for lower tariff
I have tried to contact the Vodafone helpdesk to change my plan but I have received no help from them.

not every tariff is covered by our "Wechselgarantie" into a lower tariff after 12 month.
Are you using a red Internet 50 DSL or a red internet & Phone 50 ?
