Hi there,

I have contacted support, however was asked to post here for english support.

 

I am currently on the plan "Red Internet & Phone 1000 Cable (from the 2nd year € 69.99 / month)" and I see the end of the offer for € 20 / month is coming soon.

I see your latest offer for 1000 Cable is only € 49.99 / month. Please can I change to this product? If not, I would be looking to downgrade to a much cheaper plan as part of the "exchange guarantee", as € 69.99 / month is not reasonable

okay, then it will be 500 MBit/s for 49,99 Euro.

 

The change will be effective on August 21. You'll get an extra confirmation for this.

you cannot switch to the offer of 49.99 Euro for 1000 Mbit/s if you have signed up for 69.99 Euro in the second year. I'm sorry.

But as part of the exchange guarantee I could simply move to a lower plan, lower than €49.99 and you would lose more money from me? Why could you not just do the new offer and that would also hook me in for another year

Ok, then I shall just select a plan that is cheaper than € 49.99 and Vodafone will lose out.

 

Another question, I had contacted the email support and received the following email, it seems to be a confirmation of order but I didn't order anything, only contacted support? Can you double check to see why this was sent:
