Dear Vodafone,

I recently agreed to an internet contract with Vodafone, at the agreed price of €14.99 per month for the first 12 months (including 2 months "Sicherheitspaket" at no extra cost).

On 12. August 2019, €22.73 was transferred automatically from my account into that of Vodafone Kabel Deutschland GmbH. That is €7.74 above the agreed price.

Please offer a sufficient explanation as to why the agreed amount has been exceeded, otherwise repay the excess sum in full.

Hello daj123,

 

in your customer portal you will find your invoices deposited. You can also see which items have been billed exactly. I assume that the first month has been invoiced proportionately and the next month completely.

Thank you for your reply. I was told I would be paying 14.99 per month and nothing more. Looking at the invoice, it appears it's actually 14.99 plus tax???

Hey daj123,

 

the 14,99 Euro are the gross price. On the invoice you will also find the period for which the respective item was billed.
