Good Morning,

 

I want to change my tariff from "Red Internet & Phone" 1000 to "Red Internet & Phone 250 Cable".
But I cannot see this tariff in the list of available options.
Could you help me, please?

You can only downgrade your tariff after the minimum term has passed.

 

One exception: If you got the right to downgrade within a trial period of 6 months - but then your contract should tell you how you should get this downgrade done. As far as I know, this cannot be done at the self-service portal but has to be done through the hotline (in German language).
