I have reset my router and unplugged it numerous times and I am not getting signal in my apartment. It's worked ok, not great, for over 2 years and now all of a sudden is not working. When I called the customer care center they said they couldn't assist me in English and to look at the guides. Can someone who speaks English assist me?!
