Hello,
I have received my router this monday and i have no internet.
i tried to contact the customer support but it's all in english and i could not understand.
and i got a sms today informing me that i need to activate it in the next 5 days.
could you please help me with that.

So, nobody is going to help today which means another weekend without internet.
Am really angry and sad with your service quality because besically you are not helping at all!
Anyway am very sorry to myself that i had a contract with you @VodafoneDeutsch
@Tobias @Manu and @Jojo111 thanks for ignoring my posts and messages 
And am sorry to tell that am writing a very honest review about @Vodafone Netz ausfall?  for such an experience!

first of all, this is no live chat. Depending on how many threads we need to answer it may take some time until we can reply. The reason why there is no Internet is that the installation didn't finish properly. This needs to be done by a technician. I made the task that is needed for that, so you should receive a call in the next days to make an appointment.
