I have received my router this monday and i have no internet.
i tried to contact the customer support but it's all in english and i could not understand.
and i got a sms today informing me that i need to activate it in the next 5 days.
could you please help me with that.

Does any LED on your router light up? Are all cables connected?

I can have a look at the connection Do you send me your customer data (customer number, name, address and date of birth of the contract owner) via private message?
