I have ordered a new contract for my internet connection. however, I have an existing connection with a contract that ended few monthes ago, I would like to make sure that the new contract is not a new connection but for my existing connection, therefore I suppose there will be no installion.

i don't quite understand. You had a contract, but it is over. Now you have booked a new contract and expect that it is not a new contract, but the old one? How is that supposed to work? When a contract ends, it is gone. You can't revive it. If you want to use the connection again after the end of the contract, then this can only be done via a new contract.
