New Kabel Internet Router Struggling since morning to get it to work

I've been struggling since morning, today got my cable router for internet 

WLAN cable router Vodafone Station

Owing to Vodafone but the device has come to an end.

This is the first time you have a wireless internet connection. WIFI which really sounds stupid, you want to get the device without wireless option.

I have done what is said in the installation although it is in Germany and I am not at all good with it.

Sliver is attached to the house.

Power cord is connected the internet light goes white and the phone goes light.

But no internet probably my connection is still not activated.

Then another problem no one knows in the customer service center to make it work  just juggling between the representative and the one-time solution.

The Sales Executive has given me the help I have prepared for you.

If anyone is in this community who can help me before I can do so without using it.

I might have to revert to O2 if there is no help in this week.

Any Saviors around who can solve my misery.

Hello Kunal,

I hope I got this right: You received the router, plugged it in as shown in the installation guide, but you don't have an Internet  connection? I would like to check this, please send me a private message with your customer number, address and date of birth. Reply in this thread after you sent the data.
