New Internet Kabel - Router LED blinks RED - No Internet

Hello Vodafone Community,

I have subscribed to a Red Internet & Phone Young 100 Cable on June 8th, 2019 in a Vodafone Shop.

The router arrived on June 21th, 2019.

 

I have setup the router and the INTERNET LED started to blink RED immediately (WLAN is working). I waited a few hours and then tried the following:

  • Power reset
  • Factory reset
  • Use another coaxial cable
  • Changed my wall socket

INTERNET LED still blinking RED and thus no Internet...

On the overview page of the router is indicated that DOCSIS is offline.

No IPv4 adress is setup (0.0.0.0)

    • Hardware Type & Version: 7

What shall I do ?
