Hello Vodafone Team,

 
I had requested a new broadband connection under my name: ***. One of your Vodafone customer support executives called me on 24th Feb 2021 and confirmed my order but I've NOT received any order confirmation email or Vodafone broadband box at my address: ***
 
Could you please be so kind and let me know my order status.

did you specify a preferred date? Are the doorbell and letterbox labelled with your name?

Thanks for getting back. Yes, i'd specified the date of installation i.e. 2nd March and also the doorbell and letterbox are correctly labelled with my name.
