Moving to new address

I am moving to a new address, but when choosing the umzugservice on the portal, I didn't get any email confirmation or a termin to move to the new flat. 

 

Also, my contract is ending in March, so I can't start a different one if that's the only option. 

How can I proceed?

Hi iagomoreira,

 

when are you moving? We already have a request to transfer the number to a new provider on 22. 03. 2021. Will this provider be installed at the new address? We can try to get the number to the new provider sooner. But the contract with us ends in March at the earliest.

No, I will need to cancel with that one too. 

The new apartment I rented already have an internet connection.

My contract with Vodafone was cable, and on the new address you don't have the same offer, so I can't transfer. 

That's why I need to cancel the current contract earlier.

Hi iagomoreira,

 

the termination will not take place earlier. Even if you move to an area not served by cable, the contract will end at the end of the minimum contract term or a maximum of 3 months after the move date.
