Hello Vodafone CABLE Internet Team,
As we lost the job in Germany, we can planning to move permanently to our country on 30th April 2021 .
This letter is to cancel the Vodafone Kabel Deutschland Internet contract. As I’m moving out of Germany permanently due to my professional issues.
So please take a request cancel my Vodafone Kabel Deutschland Internet contract .
And I"ll send back the router once the contact is cancelled.

Hallo Pooja,
in your case, the contract can be terminated with a notice period of 3 months. The period begins with the day of the move on 30.04.2021. We will be glad to terminate the contract for you.

Thank you for your answer, and i also got the confirmation email for contract cancellation
I have one more question:
Im planning to close my bank account in Germany, And ill ask my friends to do remaining bill payment from their bank account. (using direct transfer)
How can we do bill payment for vodafone kable internet bills? (from next months bills)
Can we do transfer to Vodafone bank acount directly? which account?
can you please suggest me.

the best way is, to keep the account open until the contract ends.
Please note: you are responsible for the contract. If anything goes wrong with the payments, you will be held liable.

Hello Vodafone team,
Bank people suggested to close the account before leave, i already signed the account closure documents.
i think bank will close my account within 10 days.
So, please give alternative way to do my next payments with my friends bank account,
i have seen some portal, i can transfer amount to Vodafone Deutschland GmbH bank account and mention my invoice number.
Deutsche Bank IBAN XXX, BIC DEUT DE DK 380
Is this okay for you?
please understand my situation, suggest how can i do next payments.
