Hello, I was told I should write to the forum. I am moving to a new address that is not serviced by Vodafone. I have completed the move service online form. Is that all I have to do?

yes, that's right.
If you have reported the move of your cable connection via the form, you do not need to do anything else. You will also receive a confirmation soon.
The contract is then already terminated before the end of the contract period.

are you using DSL or Cable?
If you use DSL you need to either call us or send us an e-mail and tell us your new address and the date when you are moving.
You then can cancel the contract or change to a lower bandwidth.

I am a cable customer now. Unfortunately, you do not have service in the new location.
I put in the umzeug form on the website with the important information on when I am leaving.
I think that's all I need to do, correct?
