Moving from WG to new apartment, Kabel internet

Hi there, 

I will move out of my WG in 1 month, and I have a question:

1. Can my old roommates take over the Vodafone Kabel internet contract that is currently in my name?
They would like to continue to use the internet and existing router etc.
