To whom it may concern,
Hello, I have used the internet to report my moving abroad, but only got a reply that the following steps would be posted to me. As I am moving out soon, I do not think I will be receiving this post mail, and hence, am writing here.
I am moving back to my home country (South Korea) on June 5th, and would like to terminate my Cable TV and Internet. I was wondering where I should tell this and what the following steps would be.

If you move abroad, we can cancel your contract according to the Telecommunications Act (moving date + 3 months). Should I help you?
