I changed from Kabelnetzto DSL in the end of January and signed a contract valid as of 1.2. I got my line enabled in February, but it's already the end of March and I still haven't received any invoice. Is someone not doing their work properly again? Please help!

you can see your invoices online in MeinVodafone.

 

Klick on "Vertrag hinzufügen", "DSL, Festnetz & LTE Zuhause" and add your contract using your Online-Registrierungscode.

 

You will find it in our welcome letter.

I've attached my contract and still no invoices...How long does it take to load? I thought you were deducting the payments directly from my bank account.

Hey magdalenkaklein,
all upcoming invoices should be displayed there.
If the dsl landline was activated end of february its possible that no bill has been produced yet.
Depending on your billcycle.

I would wait a month for the upcoming invoice.
