I have a subscription at my apartment for internet cable of 500Mbit/s.
So far i have never experienced a speed above 100 Mbit/s of download. I understand you promise is up to 500 Mbit/sec however you should at least gurantee the previous tier which is 250Mbit/s otherwise one could have subscribed to it. I send emails before to customer service and they pointed me to this forum. its been 6 weeks now and i am receiving a degraded service.
did you test the Gigabit LAN connection? And is Gigabit Ethernet actually active?
Which modem/ router do you use? (e.g. Hitron)
Do you use a rental device from us or do you have your own device?
What error occurs? (speed too slow; website not accessible etc.)
Which browser do you normally use? (e.g. Firefox)
What operating system do you have on your computer? (e.g. Windows)
Start and duration of the fault (beginning of April, permanent)
