Dear Team,
I am Bhabesh . I receintly changed the address and having updated contract with vodafone fritz box 7530 account. I am not able to login also didnot get any invoice for payment.
I would like to know the status of this contract also wants to know how to login and get more clarity.

Hi Bhabesh,
if I understood you correctly you changed rom Cable to DSL.
Before the activation you receive our welcome letter via e-mail.
You find all info regarding your new DSL connection in it.
In order to activate your DSL modem you need the Modem-Installations-Code.
If you can not find our welcome letter in your inbox or spam folder, please send me a private message with your name, customer number and customer password.

Dear Jens,
Thats not a problem. My fritz box connection is working fine.
My problems are
1. Not geting any invoice for monthly payment
2. We are moving to another apartment. Since i dont have vodafone login, how to apply online. Since i can't speak German, i need some online or email support.
Please help me out.

Hey Bhabesh,
you are getting your invoices most likely via "Web Bill" .
This means that you can view all your invoices via "Mein Vodafone" online, after you've added the contract there.
There fore you need the "online registration code" , from your welcomeletter.
If you don't find your welcomeletter, my colleague offered to send you a copy.
'Therefore he needs a private message with your name, customer number & password.
To send a private message , click on his name/avatar -> then "Diesem Benutzer eine private Nachricht senden"
If you want to relocate your landline, feel free to send us your new adress.
