you have the exchange guarantee in your contract, which means you can switch to a smaller tariff after the first year. The 2nd part of the term (12 months) starts with the day of the changeover. In which Tarfi do you want to change, you have 4 to the choice (32 or 50 or 100 or 200 Mbit/s)?

I have initiated the switch to IP 50. In the next days you will get a confirmation. I can't say exactly when the 50 Mbit/s will be available. I assume that this will happen overnight today, but will be available in 2-3 days at the latest.

I have another issue about "Sicherheitspaket". Before I signed the contract I told I don't want it but they charged me for it for the whole year.
Could you please cancel "Sicherheitspaket" ? I don't want any kind of additional package for security.
