Internet interrupt and not working well

For more than a week my internet its not working properly. It doesnt stay connected for more than 30 seconds and when its connected has no speed.

I tried several times to restart the internet and no success with it.

Can you guys help me, please.

Thanks for that, but anyone help me with the ticket, they just sent a link to the website. And said to call them, but they dont speak english on the phone and here its the only way to solve this issue in english.

Therefore, my internet its still very bad, not connecting and having the problems I said before.

Can you help me with this?

I can only create one ticket. The technical support is responsible for further processing. This person must also speak English.
