Internet box/router delivery issue

Hello, i recently signed a cable internet contract and there will be a router/box delivery in the next 1-2 bussiness days. I will not be able to be present at home for the delivery and the bell doesnt say my name so I would like to receive it to my job's address so I can pick it up here. How can I change the delivery address now? 

I dont speak german so I am having issues with calling and yes I know people also speak english there but the button options at the start of the call make no sense to me. Thank you

Is there a way I can set it up myself? I know exactly how technicians work and they usually are late to appointments which I have to take days off plus they never speak English
