Dear Vodafone,
I've tried several ways to try to cancel my internet/telefon contract via emails to Vodafone for one month. Nothing worked. I'd like to have some answer here as a last resort.
I am moving out from Germany in December 2018, and therefore I'd like to cancel my current contract prematurely since it requires 3 month prior notice. But I'll have the Abmeldung letter in December as well so I cannot submit it now.
Can you kindly let me know the necessary steps?

What kind of connection do you use? Cable or DSL? What is the name of your tariff?

Hi ADP,
if you move abroad, the contract can be terminated with a period of 3 months. The period begins with the day of the move.
As proof we need the deregistration from Germany. However, you can already send us your customer number, name and address in a private message.
Then get in touch again here.
