I need to cancel my contract, I sent already a request on the portal but in English as my German is not good, can you help me regarding the cancellation status?

Thank you so much for your help, I have one more question, is there an restriction if I want to return back again to Vodafone to make a new contract in case I was not satisified with the new provider for example or I found a better offer from Vodafone?
