How to return the hardware

I have canceled my contract and the termination is under process.
I want to send the hardware back. 
Please let me know:

1. How and when can I do that? 
2. Will you pick it up or I need to send it somewhere? If I need to send it then what is the address and is there any thing I need to stick on the box like some reference number or some sticker.
