I have Cable Internet service. I want to change my bank details. I tried to change it in the website but it keeps rejecting the new IBAN. I do not speak fluent German so I cannot call the help line, they said to post here.

 

Can anyone help me update my Direct Debit with a new IBAN & BIC?

We placed your new bank account into your customer account. Future invoices will be deducted from this bank account.

- Customer number

- Name

- Address

- Date of birth

- new IBAN

- new BIC

- Bank name.
