I apologize for posting my inquiry in English since I am not so fluent in German.
After consulting customer service via phone and email, I have been directed to post my problem here.
I am a client with vodafonekabel for 1 year already. I have a problematic situtaion due to the false information which were given to me by one of the sales persons from vodafone. The details of my situtation are simply appalling. Eventually it resulted in money being taken from my bank account and being stuck with a contract which I have not agreed to.
Is there anyone who can help me?
