Hi,
I have closed my contract few months back, the contract closure date is on 26.05.2018 but in the month of May, I was being billed for the duration 01.05.2018 to 31.05.2018.
As my contract ends on 26.05.2018, wasnt it upto that day insted of 31.05.2018?
And even in the bills the contract closure date is not updated as 26.05.2018 .

Hello sreeram,
the billing system cannot take a current cancellation into account. After termination of the contract, a final invoice will be issued. Excessively paid fees will then be reimbursed.
