Hi Dear Vodafone Community,
I am a customer of Vodafone Kabel network for almost one year now. So far so good. But recently I need to move to a new apartment. And I used your moving service and received a letter from you letting me book an appointment for a company called Keding. But they told me that I need to pay an extra 18 Euros per month to rent their service. This is totally unexpected cost and too much for me.

So I would also like to cancel my contract like what he did since I am afraid it's the only option for me. I am really sorry about this. I enjoyed your stable network so far. But the cost is too much for me.
