I have the same problem mentioned here https://forum.vodafone.de/t5/Internet-Telefon-TV-%C3%BCber-Kabel/English-Slow-Internet-Connection-du... as I am a resident in the same building complex and it only gets worse, I learn that there is a discount or option to terminate the contract, please advise.

Can you please check the status of it now ? on other note i want to reduce my contracting speed to be 100 MB/s after the first 12 month of the 400 MB/s expires.

Bandwidth speed reduction also happens int he morning , specially in the weekends.
