I have the same problem mentioned here  https://forum.vodafone.de/t5/Internet-Telefon-TV-%C3%BCber-Kabel/English-Slow-Internet-Connection-du... as I am a resident in the same building complex and it only gets worse, I learn that there is a discount or option to terminate the contract, please advise.

here you go, my contracted speed is 400 MB/s , now i get a connection with this speed [earlier it wasn't there for half an hour]

Different times [morning, afternoon and night[] , as you can see at best you can get 5% of the contracted speed, i ssufferred from many interruptions lately and the neighbours are comlpaining heavily as well

Thanks for your message , can you please also guide me to how premature the contract due to these speed interruptions , it is only gettign worse and I can make proper use of the internet now.

 

on other note how much credit woudl be given , will it be enough to buy at least some surfing sticks ?

Hi Bassma,

 

the credit amounts to 50% of the monthly fee from October to January, i.e. over four months. The total is 39,98 Euro.

 

As I wrote before, there's some work going on at your address. If things still don't get any better, we can forward your request for premature contract termination to our complaint management.
