Every evening between 6pm-11pm my internet connection is much too slow. It's around 3 Mbit/s when I check from speedtest.net.
In the morning between 7am-9am in the morning it is however OK.
But I work during the day so I need it in the evening for the most.
In the meantime I have called the hotline many times. But it's hard to find someone who speaks English there.
I also sent many messages through the contact form.
And last night it was 1 Mbit/s! It's not possible to use it like this.
It's been a month since I first told Vodafone about this problem and it seems as if no one is trying to fix it.
Can I get a status update on this?

Please send me your customer data (name, address, customer number) in a private message, then I look at the line. Let me know when you've sent the data.
