EARLY termination as moving abroad(my home country)

Hi ,

I am using  Red internert &phone  100 cable  services  from Vodafone. Unfortunately, i have to move abroad(back to my home  country).I have to terminate  my contract  early.

I want to terminate it on Dec 31,2019.

Could you please guide  me this.

Hello Sunil,

welcome to our community. Nice to see you.

Even if you leave Germany the contract won’t end with the date of your move. Due to German law the contract will end three months after the leaving date.

Please send me the following informations in a private message:

full name

date of birth

current and new address

customer number
