Hello,

 

I create a new account with check24.de and I get the router and my contract by mail. I followed by user manual and registrated here: http://vodafone.de/meinkabel. And I'm using this account to pay my bills. But I still getting messages from my bank that Vodafone trying to debit a payment from seccond account. It looks like I have 2 contracts, but it's not, one of those is timely paid and second has a debt for 3 months. Could you please explain me how can I fix this problem and not lose my money?
