Hi there!
I would like to downgrade from 200 to 50.
The first year of the contract is almost over. When I signed the contract , I was assured of the free possibility to downgrade.
It would be very nice if someone could take care of it.

I've just received my February Invoice and it mentions that after end of my first year of contract (Feb 25) I still will be charged for same tariff Cabel 200 but now without discount. Could you let me know if it's expected behaviour and if March invoice will recalculate the period starting from Feb 25.

since the contract change only becomes valid on 25.02., but the invoice has now been created, this cannot be taken into account. The correction is then made with the next bill.
