Downgrade Red Cable1000 to Cable 200

Hi. I'd like to downgrade my internet plan from 1000 to 200 Cable plan after the first year is elapsed. Contract start is 04/02/2020.

I'd also like to cancel the security package. I just noticed I am being charged for it since June and I didn't order that.

Please let me know which additional information is required.

Hello Roza,

i have the downgrade to 200 MBit/s to 02.04.2021 noted. The booking will be made on the day of the downgrade and then the confirmation will be sent. So you don't have to do anything else regarding this.
