Deactivate "Sicherheitspaket und Passwortmanager"

Good morning,

I've tried many times to cancel the option "Security Pack and Password Manager" but looks like it's active in my last bill. I've been trying to deactivate it via the customer portal and I've talked several times with the customer service and with the agent that sold me the kable option, but as you can see I'm still paying it. 

 

Can you please tell what to do?
