I left the country in April.
I've terminated the contract.

And yet today I received an email demanding to pay 47,31 Euro. Why? It's been 4 months already.

I can reassure you, your contract was really terminated on 28.07.2019. Your bank transfer for the open account has also been received by us. So you have paid everything and really don't have to worry.

you must have received a cancellation confirmation, right? Which date is there confirmed for cancellation?

we already have your data, so I was able to check it out.

 

Correct, the contract ends on 28.07.2019. However, the July invoice was booked back by your bank. The open amount is therefore the invoice from July and 2 times the return debit fee.
