Hello,

 

I had recently applied for contract termination and even got confirmation of my contract termination.

 

And now today I get an email saying I revoked my contract termination and it gets renewed AGAIN??!!

 

How is this even possible? I never gave any consent to revoke my contract termination?! 

 

And now its renewed until 27.07.2023.

 

What is even going on? Is this even legal?

there's a notice in you account from yesterday, that you revoked the cancellation for a new tariff. Is that correct?

I currently have 1000 Red Kabel, and I applied for termination of contract yesterday. 

 

No, I did not revoke my cancellation for a new tariff, I'm not sure how this even happened? That's what is confusing me.

thanks for that so far.

 

I can see the request of cancellation, it was processed yesterday. Also yesterday the cancellation was revoked and you got you cable tariff for a lower price (44,99 Euro instead of 49,99 Euro).

 

So if you don't want that and keep the cancellation open, just give me a reply here.

Yes, I noticed the tariff was changed to 44.99 euros, I'm not sure how that happened, honestly I don't know how this whole revoke even happened in the first place.

 

I would like to keep the cancellation open, and I suppose 04.01.2023 is the last date of the contract. Could you please keep the cancellation open and confirm the last date of contract?

 

A follow up question, is it possible to break it any sooner?

okay, then I'll cancel the change and replace the old cancellation.

 

Because of the several contacts there's a little mess in your account. Please don't be confused, but you'll also get a confirmation to 4 January 2023.

 

You'll also get a confirmation from me that the last tariff change is revoked.

 

I'm very sorry for this. Your message, that you want to cancel your contract was very clear. I can't tell you exactly where the whole thing began to mess up.
