My customer number is xxxxxxx and my Internet & Phone(Cable) contract is going to end soon and I would like to ask about the renewal. Could you please advise what would be my tarif if I am continuing with your service?

Hi,
The router keep disconnecting the phones on it's WiFi often. This issue goes away if the router is restarted.

we're changing the cable router. The new device will be delivered by DHL in a few days. Please send the current router back to us. Details can be found in the corresponding letter. Test the new router and give us your feedback.

Hi Lars,
I have received the replacement device and have set it up. The old device was also handed over to DHL today under AWB # 188595985941. I will feedback on the new device in couple of days.
