I would like to inform the Vodafone that I will leave Germany in the end of March 2019.
So, I would like to inform you 3 months before that I would like to cancel the contract number
xxx for internet at home from April 2019.

the confirmation was already sent on 07.02.2019. Didn't you receive it?
You will also find a copy in your customer portal. Have a look under "Meine Dokumente" from February. There you will also find the return address. Did you find it?

I did not receive it at all. Good that I asked you in advance.
I followed your advice and download the "Kündigungsbestätigung" from my account.
And yes, I found the return address.
Now, i know what is the problem.
Because, in my address information, there is no room number specified.
So, that is why I have never received any document from Vodafone at all.
Hope I did not miss any important letter.
