Hi ,
I am leaving Germany on 26 December 2018. I have requested to terminate my contract but it is "process". Please tell me where should I post router and how.
I need to packaging and house hold things sale.

Hello Sameen,
you have reported the move to 01.01.2019, so the notice was processed according to the Telecommuniktaionsgesetz to 01.04.2019. The cancellation confirmation has been sent, but you can also see it in the customer portal.
Unfortunately, you probably thought that this was wrong and booked the debit back for January. An SMS reminder was sent for this. The charges will be calculated until 01.04.2019, unfortunately we cannot make any exceptions.

Ok I understand, what to do with Router.. I will send it , but do I need anything else to write on slip..there was a page of return router and there is slip on it.. I just have to cut and paste on box and send it.. right?

Also now I have a pakistani bank account number can you deduct from that ..

if you have a return receipt, use it.
You can also transfer the monthly fees.

You can transfer to our bank account. Please include the customer number in the reason for transfer.
