Hi,
I have a vodafone internet contract (customer number: 13280****) from last 14.11.2017. I had the plan 500 MBPS. However i dont think i am getting that speed. Sometimes the connection is very poor. At the time of installation, the technician informed that I am not getting full speed and he needs to fix that later. But he never came back.
And since it was okay, I did not bother. Also it was not possible ask over telephone due to my poor knowledge of German language.
At the time of contract however, I was informed that I can change my tariff plan after one year to any other tariff I want. After one year when I visited the store, they informed that they can not do the change.
The rule has been changed. The change should be made over telephone.
Now since I can not understand German very well, this is useless.
I tried to do my personal space in vodafone webpage.
However I can not see any other option for change in:
When contacted by email, I have been redirected to contact this community.
May I know how can I change my tariff?
How do I check that I am getting the actual speed promised by Vodafone?

Internet & Phone 200 39,99 Euro/month
Internet & Phone 100 34.99 Euro/month

Can you please help me on the following:
1. Is it possible to know that if I continue with my current plan, how much do I have to pay.
I use only for internet.
2. If I switch to Internet & Phone 100 34.99 Euro / month, and use only Internet, how much do I have to pay per month.
3. Is it possible to make the switch over internet from my vodafone account. Especially I dont want to call in the phone since it goes automatically to answering machine which I do not understand. Or is there any number with English as the communication language.

Hi gkdgoutam,
1. The 500 Mbit tariff costs starting from the 13th month 49.99 euro.
2. Also if you do not use the telephone the tariff costs 34.99 euro in the month.
3. Unfortunately you cannot change the tariff online. But we can arrange that for you here.

thanks for your reply.
I would then like to go to 100Mbps tariff.
Additionally I wanted to know if it is possible to have technician onsite.
As I wrote earlier that at the time of installation, the technician told me that he would get back to fix something as the full signal was not coming.
I have used 100mbps connection previously in some other place and my current 500mbps is not even close to that.
Is it possible to fix an appointment with technician ?

the tariff change has been instructed. You will also receive a confirmation.
I have checked your connection. I can't find a reason for a technician. The connection and the values are okay.

I am not sure how did you check that.
Is there a good way to check the connection speed?
The technician said that something was not properly handled.
In any case I would appreciate if you could suggest how to check the speed.
For example, in Wifi I have 500mbps connection:
Down: 70Mbps
Up: 48 Mbps
Is this roughly the speed provided in 500mbps connection?
