Since I am moving to a new flat and my contract is going to be finished before end of May, hereby I am writing to ask for cancelling my DSL and Vodafone TV services ASAP.

Hello Roozbeh,
you have to report a move, we need the new address for that. We have to check if this address is available. You can also simply cancel, but only at the end of the term. If the new address is available, the connection will move with you. If it doesn't work at the new address, the termination takes place according to the Telecommunications Act (move/termination + 3 months).
So, what would you like to do now (announce move, termination)? I will be happy to help you then.

Hi Grit,
Thanks for your response. I already checked the bandwidth in my new location. It was 16 Mbps which I am not happy with that. So I just want my contract to be canceled at the end of my contracts All which is around end of May.
