I was told to post my request here by Kabel Kundenservice.
I am moving apartment, from Hamburg to Frankfurt.
I am a kabel internet subscriber, but my new adresss only has DSL. I do not want to downgrade, so I wish to cancel my contract.
I have already filled out a form with my customer number, home address, and a complete scan of my signed housing contract. I then recieved an email to post my question here to this forum.
It seems like a really bad idea to post my home address and all those personal details to a public forum.... :-/

welcome to our community. I would be happy to help you. Please send me your customer data (customer number, name as well as the old and new address) by private message and let me know as soon as you have sent them.
Have you already sent us your new rental contract with cancellation via the contact form? When are you moving?

I have just now sent those details to you.
I have already sent the new contract, but also included a link to it via PM.
I am moving from this Monday 23rd.
