Hello,
sorry if I write in english, but my German is still too poor.
I would like to downgrade my internet & phone 400, as my offer is expiring, which options do I have?
Moreover I have a combi subscription with the TV, however I am not really using it. Is there any chance that I can cancel the TV subscription?

Hello p3rry,
you can switch to the following tariff from 17th of january:
Red Internet & Phone 200 cable for 39,99 €
Red Internet & Phone 100 cable for 34,99 €
Red Internet & Phone 32 cable for 29,99 €
At TV you can change to the tariff Vodafone TV for 9,99 €. Instead of our Giga Box you get a HD-video-recorder.
