Ich habe mit jemandem telefoniert. Die Person sagte zu E-Mail und dass ich Englisch verwenden könnte.
My wife speaks some German telephoned Vodafone and was told to email in English. I emailed and was told to use the forum so I am asking here.
I agreed a Vodafone Cable contract. An engineer came to the house and said connection was not possible on that day.
How do I find out what is happening next? I have had no contact from Vodafone?
When will Vodafone get in touch to tell me about the next stage?

Any news on how I discover when Vodafone will come and install my cable.
I have, telephoned, emailed and told to use this forum. I just want some information on what will happen next and some idea of when.

There is a forum rule (1.4) against that. So stop asking.
Requests are processed chronologically.
It will take a few days till an employee can take care of it.
