Hello,
I am moving to a different city in Germany and the customer representative whom I called informed me that the services are not offered in the new place where I am moving to. He asked me to send a termination notice.
To whom/where should I send the termination notice with an immediate effect?

you have to report a move and enter the new address so that we can check whether you can be taken care of at the new address. If this is not the case, we can then process the cancellation in accordance with the Telecommunications Act.
