Hello, I paid for my DSL landline and I didn't get any confirmation yet that money were received (and I don't see any change in my bills page).
I've sent 40 euro to DE63 3007 0010 0270 7040 05 with my customer id as a reference.
Edit: Moved from DSL to cable.

you have a cable internet contract. The bank account is for DSL contract. The amount will now be transferred to your customer account. The payment will be on your account within the next few days.
For the next bank transfer use the bank details from your invoice.

when did you do the bank transfer?
It can take up to 3 days until the amount is booked to your customer account.
